Inspection

This defines codes that the RPM purchasing agent will use to notify both the Vendor, and RPM’s Receiving Inspection Department of the observations and documentation needed for parts being received.

Repairs/Refurbishment

To return a unit for repair or refurbishment, please contact the RPM Contracts Administrator for an RMA number, or to discuss the extent of work required.

Spares

RPM will be please to send a quotation for any spare parts needed. For a quote, please contact RPM’s Spares Department, or for spares on recently purchased items, contact your POC for that particular program.

Warranty

RPM provides a standard one-year warranty on most parts and labor for all our products.

Extended warranties and service agreements are also available.
