RPM is situated north-west of downtown Los Angeles, California in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, one mile south of the Northridge Fashion Plaza. There are many housing tracts and academic institutions within one hour of RPM. These include: UCLA, USC, CSUN, Pepperdine, CalTech, and CalArts.
We are strategically located between major recreational areas involving surf, turf, water, and snow. Beaches, lakes, streams, and mountains are easily reached within three hours driving time. There are also many famous amusement parks nearby, such as: Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios, Hollywood.
We are looking to fill the following positions:

Lead Electronics Assembler
Performs electromechanical assembly work utilizing basic electronics industry tools, and typical industry written instructions sheets, blueprints and verbal directions. Direct Others as necessary to achieve company goals.

Project Engineer
Mechanical Design background. Able to conceptualize in AutoCAD and oversee programs as Project Engineer/Manager. Interface with customer on both technical and managerial issues.

Manual Machinist
Manual engine lathes and Bridgeport mills. Able to work from blueprints and good with verbal and written communication. Must have own tools, minimum seven years experience.

Entry-level Machinist/Deburr/Operator
A willingness to learn, have a good work ethic, punctual and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced shop environment. Must be proficient in deburring and general shop support equipment.
