Since RPM is a privately owned business, our customers are our number one priority, and we are committed to providing the best customer service in the industry.  Please feel free to contact us at any time for support with your RPM products.  If you need spare parts, or have a positioner that needs to be refurbished or repaired, we will be happy to meet your needs.  

RPM currently supports repairs and/or upgrades for every single product that we have ever produced.  All systems incoming for repair are subjected to an in depth inspection and failure analysis, after which our customer is provided with a detailed inspection/repair report describing all suggested action required to return the system to "like new" condition. 

RPM provides a standard one-year warranty on all new systems and nearly every spare part that we ship.  Extended warranties and service agreements are also available for routine and preventative maintenance.  We will even repair, refurbish or upgrade systems produced by our competitors!

Spares

Being a OEM manufacturer, we support all of our systems from 1975.  When requesting new spare parts it is important to us we have the name plate information so we match the existing system to our now over 2200 systems. Repairs

We require all repairs to have a RMA # when receiving repairs.  Please contact us and request a RMA#. We will ask some standardize questions to ensure a quality experience.
